Support when recovery is needed
Recovery⁺ was developed to specifically support regeneration processes and the handling of strain, especially during periods of increased physical stress or repeated strain. Many users consciously incorporate RECOV⁺ into their daily routine over several weeks, for example during intense training phases, times of high physical or work-related strain, or when recovery should be supported in a more structured way. Depending on individual feeling and strain, the intake can be adjusted flexibly. Breaks or phased use are just as much part of a mindful approach as longer use when ongoing need exists. What matters is not the duration, but the targeted support during phases when regeneration and balance are especially required.
