  • How long does the delivery take?

    Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days. During high demand or holidays, it may take a little longer.

  • My tracking hasn't updated for days – what should I do?

    Sometimes it takes 1–2 business days for a new scan to be registered. If the status has not changed after 3 business days, please contact our customer service – we will take care of it.

  • My package shows as "delivered," but I have not received it.

    Please first check if the package was left with neighbors or placed in a secure drop-off location. Also, check your mailbox – smaller shipments are sometimes delivered there. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service.

  • What information do I need for shipment tracking?

    You need your order number and the postal code of your delivery address. You can find both details in your order confirmation email.

  • How can I return an item?

    You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. Contact our customer service to register a return.
